My two readers & commenters yesterday suggested, among other things, PB on the side of my oatmeal. Now, if you remember, the first time I had PB with oatmeal was this day. I didn’t finish the PB – found it just too much. Today I did finish it – it added a nice smooth texture to the oats. Maybe something to work into the rotation, albeit infrequently…? Heather suggested granola, which I had most days last week and found to be very tasty. I think I’ll mix some up after my dinner out tonight.
