Edited to add: Sorry – I was having trouble posting last night and finally got the picture to go up, so I left it at that.
Graham and I had a great time making the lasagne. For the time and effort we put in, we were really hoping it would taste great. And it did! Next time we would use frozen spinach for the pasta because I think the flavour would be better. Other than that… an excellent Sunday night dinner!
